General Duty Medical Officers as a Captain (Male/Female)
Qualification:

•  MBBS recognized by PM&DC

Age:

• 28 years as on 1 May 2015.Relaxable upto 35 years

Classified Specialists as Major

• Anesthesiology (HPG) (Male/Female)
• Pathology (HPG) (Male/Female)
• Basic Medicine Sciences (Male/Female)
• Gynecology(HPG ) (Female)
• Surgeon(HPG) (Male/Female)

Qualification:

• MBBS with higher postgraduate qualifications i.e. FCPS (Pak), FRCS, MS American Boards /Certificate or equivalent in respective fields of specialties 

Age:

• 32 years on 1 May 2015 Relaxable upto 40 years

Pakistan Temporary Commission Officers Male as Captain

Qualification:

• MBBS recognized by PM&DC

Age:

• 28 years on 1 May 2015 Relaxable upto 35 Years in case of better qualification/ experience
